We went to see one of the highest tides of 2022. High tide an hour or so after dark. The photos show the rising water levels as the light fades. Also the village of Pill on the opposite bank; the lovely Lamplighters pub; the Avonmouth M5 motorway bridge; Royal Portbury Docks beyond. Lamplighters Marsh has a very active community and Facebook group and is a place steeped in history and natural history; see here.
